INFRASTRUKTUR.CO.ID, JAKARTA: Keluarga Mahasiswa Betawi (KMB) mengadakan Musyawarah Besar (MUBES) yang mengangkat tema Kontekstualisasi Visi dan Misi Keluarga Mahasiswa Betawi Guna Menyongsong Budaya Betawi yang Berkemajuan, di Graha Wisata Ragunan, Jakarta Selatan.

Mubes diikuti oleh perwakilan dari 10 kampus yang tergabung dan saat ini aktif di dalam Keluarga Mahasiswa Betawi (KMB). Di antaranya UPTIQ Jakarta, IIQ Jakarta, UIN Jakarta, UMJ, UNJ, UNPAM, dan UNINDRA.

Kasful Alam yang kerap disapa Bang Ipung, sebagai Penanggung Jawab Pengurus Pusat (PJPP) berharap regenerasi kepengurusan Keluarga Mahasiswa Betawi ini dapat menjadi wadah intelektual muda Betawi dalam mendukung tumbuh kembangnya kebudayaan Betawi sebagai budaya inti di Jakarta.

IHSAN WILDAN JADI KETUA

Di Mubes KMB kali ini terpilih Ketua Umum baru KMB periode 2023-2025, Ihsan Wildan yang akrab disapa Bang Ican yang unggul dalam proses pemungutan suara mengalahkan dua kandidat lainnya.

Dalam sambutan paska pemilihan, bang Ican mengajak seluruh anggota KMB untuk lebih serius dan berkomitmen dalam ber-KMB, sehingga tercipta peningkatan kualitas organisasi ke depan.

“Saya ingin kita lebih serius lagi dalam ber-KMB untuk peningkatan organisasi ke depan,” tutur Ican, seraya menambahkan, “Temen-temen KMB harus tetap memelihara semangat, kreatif, dan inovatif agar kinerja jajaran PP KMB jadi lebih baik.”

Hadir juga pada kesempatan itu, alumni KMB yang di masanya pernah berkontribusi sebagai Pengurus PP KMB. Antara lain bang Latief Saleh (pengacara, Ketua Umum PP KMB pertama tahun 1978), bang Beki Mardani (Ketua Lembaga Kebudayaan Betawi, Ketua Umum PP KMB 1992-1995), mpok dr. Zubaidah (eks Direktur RS. Persahabatan), jurnalis senior Muhammad Sulhi (Ketua PP KMB 1992-1995), dan notaris mpok Zaenab.

Bang Ican is a law student from University of Indonesia who is affiliated with the Betawi Student Family 2023-2025 for the past few months. He is a role model for all Betawi students, both through his academic success and involvement in student activities. His commitment to Betawi students and passion to lead have made him the ideal candidate to take the lead as the chairperson of the family.

As the leader and chairperson of the Betawi Students Family 2023-2025, Bang Ican will bring his charisma, knowledge, and dedication to this role. He will work to create an inclusive and foster a nurturing environment that encourages dialogue and cooperation within the family as well as build strong relationships with other related organizations. His leadership will also focus on promoting the visibility of Betawi students and a sense of community.
